How does it work?

• Step 1: Create an account at the store;
• Step 2: Send us an email or use the chat on our website (bottom left corner) to request a promotional code for sharing;
• Step 3: Once the code is provided, it will give a 10% discount, and at the same time, the person who created the code will receive €5.

Where will I receive these €5?

We are still in the testing phase and actively collecting feedback from participants. However, we expect the payments to be processed via one of the following methods:

• PayPal;
• Bank Transfer;
• Store Credit, to use for your next purchase.

Will the code have an expiration date?

Yes, the code will be valid for 15 days. You can always request a new one, either using the same or a different code. This is to prevent the creation of fake or spammed codes.

Does the money take long to arrive?

It can take up to 2 days for us to process the purchase and verify that everything is in order. If it takes any longer, it could be due to the payment method selected (such as bank transfer).
